How do I track my order?
When you purchase on CKM online or our FB Page, we will text or email you a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number. Please see our Delivery Information for more information.
What are your delivery options?
For local delivery we use local currier to diliver our product with local curier. Either for international delivery. Estimate time arrival 2-4 days for local dilivery, 7-14 days for international.
How do I return an item?
At this point of time we do not accept any return product. All term and condition are applied when you purchased an item.
